team or individual Coaching
We approach a coaching relationship centering the needs and goals of the individual or group we’re working with. We believe in a balance of trusting that they have the ability to access all the answers they need, and rooting myself firmly in the practice of compassionate disruption when change is necessary. Our consultants challenge our clients to identify and live into their values, incorporating elements of community accountability into all sessions.
mediation
In mediating conflict between two parties, our consultants focus on discovering the root cause of the tension and conflict, co-creating potential solutions, and moving toward repair when possible. We begin with sharing narratives, and then work toward a healing resolution.
community accountability
A community is only as strong as its commitment to communication, shared values, and accountability. We help members of communities who have experienced and/or caused harm to design and move through processes of accountability and healing.
Relationships are at the heart of both conflict and harmony. This is where the work begins.

restorative PRACTICES
working with youth
If we can help young people develop the skills to prevent and address conflict and harm in a way that strengthens relationships and support networks, then we are not only impacting individual people, we are shaping the future of our society. We're truly helping to build the world we want to live in, and young people are leading us there.
working in community
Changed behavior does not happen in isolation, it happens in community. Restorative practices helps the person who caused harm to identify not only the harm they caused but the root of that action, supports them in a process of understanding the impact their words and actions have had on others, and focuses on the process of repair.
Circle keeping, community accountability, and so many other practices at the heart of Restorative and Transformative Justice work are rooted in sacred Indigenous practices, often co-opted, diluted, and molded to fit within the confines of our education system, and tightly regimented capitalist society. Those of us who use elements of these practices have a responsibility to acknowledge and respect this.
